How do I cancel my reservation?

Thank you for your consideration! Cancelling is simple

Open the email you received right after you made your reservation and click on “cancellation” at the bottom of the email

 Click the red button to confirm cancellation 

That’s it…your visit is cancelled and you’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Please note: This confirmation of cancellation does not include cancellation of purchase of site entry ticket.

The site entry ticket is valid for one year from date of purchase, so you can make a new reservation during this period and come visit.
