These copyrights apply to all content and means presented on the website, including: text, images, photographs, illustrations, drawings, diagrams, maps, symbols, audio clips, video clips, graphics, and software applications (hereinafter: “protected material”), unless explicitly stated that the copyrights in the protected material belong to another entity. Copyrights in the laws and rulings appearing on the website belong to the State of Israel. Copyrights and broadcasting rights in the information layers appearing on the interactive map on the website belong to the Authority and other entities from whom the rights to broadcast the information on the internet were purchased.

The user is allowed to make “fair use” of the protected material, according to the rules established by law. Fair use includes a reasonable quotation from the protected material. The quoter as mentioned must cite the source of the quotation, whether it is “the Authority” or another entity. The user is prohibited from falsifying the protected material, presenting it in a misleading manner, harming it, modifying it, or performing any action related to it that may be deemed as devaluing the protected material, and/or may harm the honor or reputation of the copyright owner. Subject to copyright laws, the user is prohibited from copying, redistributing, rebroadcasting, or publishing protected material, without prior written consent from the Authority. There is an absolute prohibition on rebroadcasting the information appearing on this website in any media including printed media, the internet, or any other form.

  • The maps do not constitute a reference in any case to the location and boundaries. There is no responsibility for the accuracy of the information detailed in the maps and on the website itself.
  • By accessing the information on this website, the user releases the Authority from any responsibility related to the use of the information appearing on this website and the user will have no claim against the Authority related to the use of said information.
  • The Authority is not responsible for any damage of any kind that may be caused directly or indirectly to the user or a third party due to the use of the information displayed on this website.
